Burbage now has its own Internet forum!

You can now post articles, read up on subjects, debate, and keep up-to date with current affairs. It’s your chance to have a more active area for discussion, to find out more about your village, and share your thoughts, ideas, objections and suggestions.

I hope to encourage more awareness in our village life. To promote more events, know more about the facilities and services available to everyone, not just by appearing on the site, but by taking part in the forum

The important bit

All applications to join the forum are checked before approval so please ensure you put your email address in when registering, or if you prefer, email me first and I can set up your membership for you. Usernames can be anything you like, you don’t have to use your real name and the only details shown are those you chose to enter in your profile

This is hosted on an external site (and uses cookies) and is free, so you will see some advertising there. Occasionally there is a bit of down-time as they update their servers, but this is not too often, fortunately, but is beyond my control

It’s a member’s only (for posting) forum, and you must be either:

A resident of Burbage, Wiltshire

Connected to the village in some way

A club, business or organisation with a genuine interest

You can write about anything you like (so long as it’s kept polite, please). If you would like to see a section devoted to a particular subject, let me know by emailing me here
