BT PROPOSAL TO REMOVE TELEPHONE BOXES FROM BURBAGE VILLAGE

29th April 2008:
The Parish Council have just been informed by Kennet of the proposal by BT to remove two telephone boxes from our village. These are situated in Webbs Way and Stibb Green.

The Stibb Green telephone box is of a more recent style and doesn’t take coins. It is located next to the Parish Council notice board, post box and  Tourist Information sign, and is also opposite the bus stop and Three Horseshoes pub
