Presenting the cheque: From left to right...

Roy Brennan (Brennan’s of Wiltshire), Rebecca Jordan (Fund Raising Manager), Sandra Drewitt (Supervisor) & Dev Patel (Esso Manager)

This massive, 4.5kg Easter Egg was raffled off with tickets priced at £1.00 each. The draw took place on Tuesday 18th March 2008, with Mr Roy Brennan (Brennan’s of Wiltshire) invited to perform the draw. He drew a yellow ticket, numbered 369.

Service Station Manager, Mr Dev Patel, very generously donated the egg for the raffle and with the efforts and generosity of both staff and customers, was able to present Rebecca Jordan, the Fund Raising Manager of Prospect Hospice, with a cheque for the absolutely amazing amount raised of £1,220!

A truly fantastic result - Well done to all at the Esso Service Station and a big THANK YOU to Mr Patel. The incredible amount raised will go a long way toward helping the Hospice. Please make sure you take a few minutes to visit the Hospice website, to truly appreciate their efforts and ongoing challenges.
